Look Back to Move Forward
Hello everyone. Today is day ten of the 14-Day Healthy YOU Challenge. I hope you had fun packing your Feedbag yesterday! Didn’t it just make everything easier? Remember, since each day builds upon the previous day in the challenge, you’ll want to continue packing your Feedbag for the remainder of the challenge and beyond! Before we get into today’s challenge let’s start today off with our two favorite questions:

- What color do you want to be today?
Today I would like to share a little story with you. When I was growing up, dinner was always at 5:00 on the dot. Mom and dad always made sure that my sister and I cleaned our plates—and of course we couldn’t get up from the table until the mission was accomplished. I tried everything to fool them: spread the food around my plate so it appeared I ate more than I actually did, slip some food to the dog and even pretend I was sick… Listen to today’s audio message to learn more!

- Take some time to explore what your relationship with food was like when you were a child. Try writing it down in a journal.
