Hello everyone! Welcome to day eleven of the 14-Day Healthy YOU Challenge.

Before we get into today’s challenge let’s start today off with our two favorite questions:

  1. Scan one or two food labels in your kitchen to see how close they come to the recommendations. You’ll probably notice that most processed foods like canned foods, frozen convenience foods, sugary cereals and salty snack-type foods fail to meet these guidelines.
  2. Continue to pack your Feedbag and log your water, whole grains, vegetables, healthy fats, fruits and beans on your Healthy YOU Tracking Sheet under Day 11.
