Hello Everyone. Today is day five of the 14-Day Healthy YOU Challenge. You are really gaining momentum now! So far you’re drinking a minimum of 48 ounces of water per day, eating a one or two servings of whole grains with breakfast and one or two servings of vegetables with lunch. Good job! Before we get into today’s challenge let’s start today off with our two favorite questions:
- What is your Health Color today, right now? Red? Orange? Yellow? Green? Blue? Purple?
- What color do you want to be today?
Today we are going to focus on dinner and adding some healthy fat to it. Don’t get me wrong, most of us aren’t lacking in dietary fat. The problem is we are loading our bodies with the wrong kinds of fat, which means we may be missing out on the health benefits of the good fats.

- Begin logging your daily healthy fat consumption on your Healthy YOU Tracking Sheet under Day 5.
