Welcome! Today is day thirteen of the 14-Day Healthy YOU Challenge.

Before we get into today’s challenge let’s start today off with our two favorite questions:

  1. What is your Health Color today, right now? Red? Orange? Yellow? Green? Blue? Purple?
  2. What color do you want to be today?



You’ve been going very strong these past twelve days—drinking more water, eating healthy foods and setting your environment up for success. But do you feel something is missing? Has the following thought crossed your mind?

“It’s great that I’m eating tons of healthy foods and feeling energized and healthy…but what happens when I have a craving for chocolate or potato chips? Am I supposed to ignore it in hopes that it will go away and never come back?”

  1. Pay attention to true food cravings (those cravings that won’t go away no matter what) and allow yourself a small portion. Then move on!
