Hello everyone! Today is day nine of the 14-Day Healthy YOU Challenge.
Before we get into today’s challenge let’s start today off with our two favorite questions:
- What is your Health Color today, right now? Red? Orange? Yellow? Green? Blue? Purple?
- What color do you want to be today?
Although you aren’t adding any new challenge foods to the mix, you are now tasked with the challenge of staying on track and fitting in all of the foods you learned about so far. This can be a bit difficult as it’s usually during the second week of implementing any new habit, that people often find themselves slipping back into old, more comfortable habits. The only way to prevent this from happening is to strengthen the new habits and make them comfortable. This requires repetition.
