- 4 oz. Unsweetened nut milk almond, coconut, macadamia, or cashew milk
- 1 tbsp. milled flaxseed
- 1 tbsp. fresh ground peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 medium banana, ripe frozen makes for a creamier smoothie!
