  • 4oz. kefirWallaby Plain Organic Whole Milk Kefir
  • 4 oz. Unsweetened nut milkalmond, coconut, macadamia, or cashew milk
  • 1tbsp. milled flaxseed
  • 1tbsp. fresh ground peanut butter
  • 1tbsp. raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2medium banana, ripefrozen makes for a creamier smoothie!
